GNRS

For the past two years, Marcus and Sid have saved all of their silver coins with the intention of using them to go to a car show.  They selected the Grand National Roadster Show in sunny LA.  Over Christmas we counted and rolled it all up.  In the end we had $605!!!!!  Thanks to the GRRRRNNNNNNSSSSS fund we made the trip last week,

Cartwright - Luge Speed Trials

Marcus and Sid went to the local foothills in Boise for some street Luge'n.  Marcus hit close to 60mph on this run and then got a little squirrly before losing control and riding the last 40ft on his butt.  He was just fine.

oh Christmas tree

we like old things with some character, thus the tinsel tree this year. Marcus has been wanting one of these for ages, and this year he found a great deal. It's missing a few tips, but is very pretty. And Sid and Marcus did a great job decorating it

Marcus' gift

Marcus asked for home made bread and mom (that's me) came through! I'm happy to say it's as good as my mom made when I was at home. And I love the way the house smells!
