The Benefits of Running

Today while running way up in the foothills I came across a flock of sheep grazing.  There had to have been over 1500 of them.  The Basque run the sheep in the fall and is quite the site.  I am glad that my fitness allows me the opportunity to see things many never get the chance.

The Dash

Rusty

I took Rusty for a spin on Sunday.  Angela actually went as well.  We laid a few patches of rubber at the Arave's for a little souvenir.  Jackson and Taylor went crusin as well.  This boy is a beast and it sure scares the crap out of the grannys.

Middle Fork of the Salmon River
